 チャーシューメン 700円	  最è¿'TVé›'誌のランキングでは喜多方ラーメン1位の座に君臨しているお店。確かに美å'³ã„。スープは魚が主張するものだがいやみが無くとても上å"ã§ã‚る。チャーシューもæŸ"らかく脂身とのバランスも抜群！是非チャーシューメンã‚'おすすめする。やはり個人的にも喜多方ラーメンNo,1である。 営業時é–"は11:00～14:30となっているが、スープがなくなると終わってしまうため、ほとã‚"どの日がそれより早く終わっているようだ。また、定ä¼'日は日曜日で観光客には注意が必要。  ラーメン 500円／みそラーメン 700円／塩ラーメン 500円  営業時é–" 11:00～14:30  定ä¼'æ—¥ 日曜日

ラーメン 550円	  会津若松からR121で来ると喜多方の玄関口にあるのがã"のお店。広い駐車場(40台)ã‚‚ä¼'日の昼時はいつも満杯になる。ほã‚"のり魚系のコクのあるスープは地元客にも観光客にも評判が良い様だ。店内も清æ½"で子供連れにもやさしく好感が持てる。みそラーメンは野菜が多く入り白å'³å™Œä»•ç«‹ã¦ã§ã"れも美å'³ã„。半カレー(300円)、牛丼(350円)などのサイドメニューもある。  みそラーメン 700円／ねぎチャーシュメン 950円    営業時é–" 10:30～15:00  17:00～21:00 (平日)                  10:30～21:00(土)  10:30～20:00(日･祝)  定ä¼'æ—¥ 木曜日

　坂内食堂
中華 そば 550円	  日本全国にチェーン店ã‚'展開し喜多方ラーメン=「坂内食堂」と言われるほどの超有名店だ。ä¼'日は行列覚悟である。スープは豚骨だã'なのに底まで見えるほど透明。喜多方には珍しい塩ベースはさっぱりとしている。(チェーン店「坂内」「小法師」とはちょっと違う。)ã"ã"の名物は何と言ってもチャーシュー。バラ肉ã‚'程良いæŸ"らかさに煮込ã‚"である。ã"れがさっぱりスープの中で絶妙になる。チャーシューが12～13枚入った肉そばは食べ応え十分。開店は朝7:00。個人的には朝の「坂内食堂」は最高に美å'³ã„と思う。おすすめです。注文時料é‡'前払。  肉そば 850円／大盛り肉そば 950円  営業時é–" 7:00～19:00  ä¼'æ—¥ 木曜日(祝日は営業)

ラーメン 500円	  住宅地のわかりにくい所にある店だがやはり繁盛している。口コミというのは凄いものだ。スープは「はせ川食堂」系だがそれより何か程よいç"˜å'³ãŒã‚る。アツアツのスープが大き目の丼いっぱいに入っているのが良い。チャーシューもとろã'るタイプでとても美å'³ã—い。ã"主人が熱塩加納æ'の人なのかレジに熱塩加納æ'のãƒ'ンフレットが置いてある。熱塩はひめさゆりの群ç"Ÿåœ°ãŒã‚ã‚‹ã"とで有名。店名はã"ã"からきているのかな？  みそラーメン 700円／チャーシュメン 750円    営業時é–" 11:00～14:00  17:00～20:00  定ä¼'æ—¥ 火曜日
